Section 120: Standard of conduct:

*120. The resolution professional shall perform his functions and duties in compliance with the code of conduct provided under section 208.

Notifications & Circulars

*Only in so far as they relate to personal guarantors to corporate debtors, shall come into force w.e.f. 01.12.2019.
