Return of Amount taken from Shareholders-Form DPT-3(Last Date:30th June,2018)

Dear All,
This is to inform you that a return in Form DPT-3 is required to be filed in respect of amount/Loan taken from the Shareholders (Amount should not exceed 100% of paid up capial and free reserves) during the Financial Year 2017-18.
In this regard Form DPT-3 is required to be filed on and before 30th June 2018.
