E-Way Bill is Mandatory in Rajasthan for Inter-State Sale/Purchase for 33 Commodities

There is a technical lapse which could still make E way Bill effective from Feb 1. Analysis is given here under : R 138 was substituted vide N-27/2017. N-74/2017 provided the effective date for R 138 from 01st Feb 18 N-3/2018 substituted R 138 with new one N-11/18 rescinds N-74/17, but N-3/18 is not rescinded So R138 as per N-3/18 is still in effect *Govt trapped in its own web of notifications*
